Warranty and substitutions

RETURNED GOODS

The goods, that you intend to return, must be authorized by ARBO BARI S.R.L. using the proposed form (click here). Shipment must be in free port.

The good must be received intact in its original packaging. We are not accept in any way goods made of electrical equipment.

WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT

The warranty politics are not managed by the firm ARBO BARI S.R.L. but directly by supplier companies. Not all of them allow a guarantee. Please find below the full list:

• Do not recognize the warranty: Arca, Baxi, Baxi Roca, Bongioanni, Ferroli, Junkers, Leblanc, Lamborghini, Radiant, Riello, Savio Biasi, Sile, Sime, Unical;
• Ariston: 6 months warranty;
• Brahma: no warranty for the electronic equipment;
• Immergas: 1 year warranty only for products with an amount more than 20,00 euro;
• Honeywell: 3 years warranty on Cronotermostati (from the purchase date on the invoice or receipt) and the warranty of 1 year for all other products;
• Beretta Sylber, Hermann Saunier Duval, Vaillant: 1 year warranty.
