Of course, in the produce section, you can also buy directly paying through PayPal or anticipated bank transfer. Once selected products in the basket, check that the data are correct and then pay.

You can send us your order at any time. All orders that arrive by 12:30 (Italian time) will be processed the same day.

As for Italy, the shipments are delivered within 24 hours, with the exception of islands and remote areas where the delivery times vary from 48 to 72h

On Saturday the couriers do not deliver. If the order is processed on Friday, the material will be received during the day on Monday. However, there is an additional payment with service to receive the package on Saturday. In this case we have to check if the area is served from this service.

The company mainly cooperates with the SDA. On request can be dispatched with BRT, GLS and Fedex (for shipment abroad).

The cost of transport depends on the weight-volume of goods to be shipped. Based on the kilograms a specific tariff is applied.

If 24 hours have passed since your order and you have not received your package, please contact our references (Tel. 080.501.42.34 or info@arbobari.it). We will track your shipment and contact the courier for more information.

In every shipment you are given your phone nr. Normally the couriers do not warn of their arrival; it is necessary that the day of delivery might be someone at the address indicated. The couriers can deliver up to 18.

For all purchases abroad, the payment has to be done before the shipment with Paypal or with Anticipated bank transfer.

If you need a product not available, please send us a written request through our references (Tel / Fax 080.501.42.34 or info@arbobari.it) and we will send you a quote with the relevant waiting times and costs.

You have to pay the full price of the product.

Our policy is to sell only new products never used. You can send back the products only if the packaging is not damaged. It is not possible to send back the product if it has been appositly purchased for you. In any case it is not possible to send back all electonic products.

Guarantee policies are not managed by ARBO BARI S.R.L. but directly from the suppliers. Not everybody recognizes a guarantee. Below is a complete list with specifications:

• Do not made warranties: Arca, Baxi, Baxi Roca, Bongioanni, Ferroli, Junkers, Leblanc, Lamborghini, Radiant, Riello, Savio Biasi, Sile, Sime, Unical;
• Ariston: 6 months warranty is recognized;
• Brahma: does not recognize any guarantee for electronic equipment;
• Immergas: one-year warranty is recognized only for products with a value greater than Euro 20.00;
• Honeywell: 3-year warranty on chronothermostats (from the date of purchase on the invoice or receipt) and 1 year warranty for all other items is recognized;
• Beretta Sylber, Hermann Saunier Duval, Vaillant: one year warranty is expected.

The payment of the A / R shipping costs have to be paid by the customer.
